We think it’s important to manage expectations and for all parties to understand and agree to the process. The level of detail required will be influenced by the size and complexity of the project.

The project will follow through several stages depending on the support required. For the smaller project involving light, soft landscaping and planting it might not necessitate following every stage, but for the medium to large scale project involving hard landscaping we would recommend following a step by step process.

Stage 2 – Outline proposals/scheme design

Stage 3 – Detail design and costing

Stage 4 – Planting details and schedule

Stage 5 – Site operations and Contract Administration
